Treating Alzheimer’s Disease in XCell-Center

Alzheimer's disease is the most prevalent form of senile dementia. It is associated with a slow but ongoing loss of nerve cells along with nerve cell contacts. The first symptoms to manifest are impaired orientation and memory. As Alzheimer’s progresses, the patient’s mental faculties deteriorate and eventually patients require help to perform their daily tasks.

The X-Cell stem cell treatment begins with the collection of bone marrow from the hipbone (iliac crest). The cells are then processed in one of the X-Cell labs, where the quantity and quality of the cells is checked, before being implanted back into the body a few days later.
