My Story:

At fifty-two years of age, Penny Thomas had suffered from Parkinson’s for eight years before arriving at Tiantan hospital. Before her treatment, Penny had uncontrollable shaking and extremely tense muscles. While walking, she would freeze up and not be able to continue her motion. The tremors made it impossible to read or write.  She was given an injection of retinal neural stem cells into her brain, along with a daily cocktail treatment of neurotropic factors.

After treatment Penny's shaking was greatly reduced but still returned from time-to-time. The muscle tension she experienced before disappeared and her strength increased. The freeze ups stopped. Penny started reading and writing again.  She could now eat unassisted.
