My Story:

Zhang has suffered from Parkinson’s disease for almost 9 years. She was taking daily medication to control the disease, but was showing no improvement. When she arrived at the hospital, she was observed to have an expressionless face. There was significant muscle rigidity and shaking in her arms and legs. She could not sleep due to her depression. Zhang was unable to stand steadily without help, and needed assistance to carry out her daily activities such as eating and drinking.

Zhang received four injections of neural stem cells, delivered via lumbar puncture (spinal injection), traditional Chinese drugs, and rehabilitation exercises

Following her first neural stem cell transplantation, she could eat using chopsticks. She hadn’t used chopsticks for the last two years. After her second neural stem cell transplantation, she experienced relief from muscle rigidity, and muscle strength in her extremities increased. She could stand for a longer time than she could before treatment. In addition, her facial expression was like a normal person.
Following her third neural stem cell transplantation therapy, she could walk unaided. Her shaking lessened, but did not disappear. She could now sleep for at least six hours per night.
